Emergency contact

Who we call if something happens to you here. Only the venue’s managers can see it.

Health declaration

Bunkr Club is an unstaffed gym. You may be training alone in an empty building, with nobody to help if something goes wrong. These seven questions take a minute and they matter — please answer them honestly, for your own sake.

  1. Has a doctor ever told you that you have a heart condition, or that you should only do physical activity recommended by a doctor?
  2. Do you ever get chest pain, or feel faint, dizzy or unusually breathless, during or shortly after physical activity?
  3. Do you have a bone, joint or back problem that could be made worse by exercise?
  4. Are you currently pregnant, or have you given birth in the last six months?
  5. Are you taking any medication, or do you have any condition, that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, balance or awareness?
  6. Do you have diabetes, epilepsy, a serious allergy or any other condition that could need an emergency response if you were alone in the building?
  7. Is there any other reason you should not exercise without supervision?
