Most simulator centres run a booking tool, a card machine and a till that have never met. Three logins, three reports, a fee on every booking, and a Friday night spent working out which group’s drinks went on which bay.
Cheeky Till treats a bay like a table with a clock on it. The booking, the tab, the food and the payment are one record from the moment they book to the moment they leave. Everything a café or a pub gets from the till, a sim centre gets too.

Bays as bookable slots
Each bay has its own calendar: 30 or 60 minute slots, party size, how many can play, and what it costs at that hour. Online booking from your site or ours.
Peak rules without a spreadsheet
Off-peak, peak and weekend rates. A two-hour minimum after six. Member hours that only count off-peak. Set once, applied every time.
Paid or deposited up front
Take the whole session or a deposit at booking, with a card kept for the balance. Your cancellation window, written where they book and in the email, so a no-show fee is one you can defend.
The booking opens the tab
When the group checks in, their bay is already a tab on the till. Drinks, food and an extra half hour go on it. Move it to a table, split it by item or evenly, close it from the bar or the handheld.
The bay board
Every bay on one screen: who is in, when they finish, who is waiting. Walk-ins go straight on. If the next slot is free, extend the session in one tap.
Packages that ring up as one thing
Two hours, four drinks and a pizza as a single item with its own deposit rule. Stag do, work night out, birthday — priced once, sold in a tap.
Memberships and credit packs
Hours or credits, peak or off-peak buckets, guest allowances, billed monthly by card. Members book in the same place and their allowance comes off automatically.
Food and drink, properly
The same till a café or a pub runs: menu, modifiers, kitchen tickets or a kitchen screen, eat-in VAT. Order-to-bay by QR code is planned.
Numbers a bay owner wants
Utilisation per bay, revenue per bay-hour, food and drink attach rate, no-show rate, best and worst hours. Ask the till in plain English when the AI reporting lands.
Works with any launch monitor. Staff start the bay from the board; a booking-aware lock screen for TrackMan bays is first on the integration list, and Golfzon listing is next. Neither is built yet.

Cheekygolf runs a UK simulator golf league: divisions, an order of merit, a Shootout, and a clubhouse app with a channel for swapping tee times.
Venues on Cheeky Till can be listed as Cheekygolf partner venues, host league nights that members book through your own till, and take rounds from players who are already looking for a bay near them.
It is optional, it is planned for launch, and it is the reason simulator centres are the first venues: we already know where the players are.
Cheekygolf is a separate product under the same roof. We do not publish its member numbers here, for the same reason we do not publish ours.

Prices before VAT. A four-bay venue taking 800 online bookings a month pays £48 for the software. A tool that charged 50p a booking would add £400 to that; one charging per bay adds more the more bays you open. We charge neither. See the full plans on the Cheeky Till page.
What sim centre owners ask
When can a golf simulator centre get Cheeky Till?
Simulator golf centres are the first venues. A small number run it from December 2026, and it opens to the waitlist in early 2027. Register interest to be one of the first.
What does it cost a simulator centre?
The core till is free on every plan. Most sim venues want the Pro plan at £19 a month for tabs, split bills and staff roles, plus Bay and table booking at £29/venue/mo: £48 a month all in, before VAT, with no per-booking or per-bay fees. Card payments are at Stripe's published rates. A kitchen screen is £9/screen/mo. Groups with several venues use Scale at £79, which includes booking and multi-site. Planned prices; the waitlist hears first if they change.
Do my customers pay a booking fee?
No. There is no booking fee, no reservation fee and no per-bay charge, whether the booking is prepaid or a deposit. You pay the flat monthly add-on and the card rate on the payment, and that is it.
Does it work with TrackMan, Foresight, Golfzon or Full Swing?
The till and the bookings work with any simulator, because staff start the bay from the bay board. A booking-aware lock screen for TrackMan bays is first on the integration list, and a Golfzon listing is next; neither is built yet, and we will not claim they are until they are.
How are no-shows handled?
You choose: full prepayment, or a deposit with a card kept on file for the balance. Your cancellation window is shown at the moment they enter the card and repeated in the confirmation email with a cancel link. Inside the window, a refund is automatic; outside it, the fee is charged. That paper trail is what wins a dispute.
Can I keep the card machine I already have?
Yes. Bay bookings are paid online, so those go through Cheekypayments at Stripe's published rate. At the bar you can take payment on a Cheekypayments reader, on Tap to Pay, on a Verofy card machine we arrange, or on the machine you already have and record it on the tab.
What is the Cheekygolf connection?
